Family Field Trips

We haven't been able to take a family vacation in a while so we fill our weekends with small day trips around the area. We still have our usual go-to destination spots (like the SF Zoo), but we have also ventured out to other places...Gilroy Gardens, Santa Cruz, Jelly Belly Factory in Fairfield, and Happy Hollow in San Jose.

We've also realize we can't spend every weekend at an amusement park and have discovered a day in SF walking around is every bit as fun for the us and the kids. On this particular outing, we just hung out at Ghiradelli Square.

Of course, many of our weekends are usually spent running errands...Emma in a shopping cart at our almost weekly trip to Target.
