Welcome Emma Kim Yuen

Our beautiful baby daughter arrived on July 29, 2009 at 5:27am weighing in at 6 lbs 3 oz and measuring 19 inches. Even though this was our second time around and we thought we knew what to expect, we were still thrown a few curve balls. Miss Emma was in such a hurry to arrive that the entire labor was only 2 1/2 hours. We were at the hospital for less than an hour when it was time to start pushing....which meant no time for any drugs for Mom. Fortunately, the pushing went very quickly and Emma arrived, happy and healthy. We are absolutely thrilled with the newest addition to our family and Jake has taken to his new role as the big brother very well.

Grandpa and Grandma Nguyen welcome their fourth grandchild.

Grandpa and Grandma Yuen welcome their second grandchild and Uncle Glen welcomes his first niece.

Sweet as can be.

All bundled up for her first car ride home from the hospital.

Big brother Jake welcomes Emma home with a big kiss.
