Happy 9-Months Old

Jake had his 9 month old checkup and he weighed in at 17 lbs and measured 28 inches. At 9 months, here are a few fun facts:

Who Me?

This is one of our favorite expressions...Jake often has this look on his face as though he's always saying "Who Me?" in a very innocent way.

If You're Happy and You Know It

One of Jake's favorite songs has always been "If You're Happy and You Know it, Clap Your Hands"...we sing it to him all the time and he usually bursts into laughter. He recently learned to clap his hands (sort of) so it has made singing the song to him even more fun!

Let It Snow

We took Jake on his first long weekend trip up to Lake Tahoe with our friends Carman and Todd for a litte R&R..and a chance to introduce him to snow! We were a little nervous about the 4 hour plus car ride and two nights in a strange place but he was a total trooper the whole trip.
