Jake loves to push around the pint-sized shopping carts at our local grocery store. Whenever we go to the store, he knows exactly where the mini-shopping carts are and insists on pushing it through the store and taking any item he can reach and putting it in the cart. He is also very determined to steer on his own and gets very upset when we try to help him go straight.

One of our favorite weekend activities is going to the SF Zoo. We're SF Zoo members so we try to make it out there at least once a month. It also provides an opportunity to let Jake run free through the wide open space. On this particular day, we caught the Grizzly Bear feeding....up close and personal!

Jake Tristan arrived on June 28, 2006 at 4:55pm. He loves his cars, trains, legos, playing ball and finds fun and laughter in almost everything he does. Everyday he teaches us how to be parents and everyday we are thankful for his love, joyful personality and beautiful spirit.
Emma Kim arrived on July 29, 2009 at 5:27am. She loves to explore, play games, follow her big brother and is the sweetest gift of all. She is the love of all our lives and we are thankful she picked us as her family.
