Legoland 2009

As a last hurrah before we welcome baby #2 in July, we took a family vacation to our new favorite destination spot - San Diego. This time around we ventured to Legoland and Sea World. Jake is just at the right age to introduce to Legoland and to say he loved it is an understatement.

The highlight of our visit to Sea Word was being able to feed the dolphins up close and personal! Although Jake was too shy to pet the dolphins, he loved throwing the fish and more often times than not, he was able to throw it right in their mouth.

Almost as tall as R2-D2 who was made entirely out of legos.

This was by far Jake's favorite ride at Legoland...he was able to drive around a track in a mini car all by himself. Although he could just barely reach the pedals and often got stuck in "traffic jams" with the other drivers, he loved it and it was the only ride he wanted to go on again.

Uncle Gary made the drive down from L.A. to join us at Legoland.
