Christmas 2007

Now that Jake is a full-fledged toddler we were a little nervous about putting up a tree with all our ornaments since he is definitely a curious little guy who loves to grab anything he can get his hands on. But much to our surprise he was not very interested in the tree and ornaments and would often run right past it. In fact, several times he was running through the living room and ran into the tree and almost seemed surprised it was there. But once he got used to seeing the lights, as soon as he woke up or got home he would say "Danh, Danh" (Cantonese for lights).



He would point to a picture of us and say "Mommy...Daddy..."


Learning the fine art of opening presents. Last year it was all about the box and not the present itself but this year, he was just as tickled to find something in each of the boxes.
